Blobby Fish — Privacy Policy

Effective 24 August 2026

This policy applies to the Blobby Fish mobile game (the “Application”), operated by Turkuazz (the “Service Provider”). It describes exactly what the Application collects, why, and what your choices are.

What the Application collects

If you play as a guest, the Application collects no personal data at all. Your score and progress stay on your device. Creating an account is optional.

If you create an account, the following is stored on our server:

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, we receive and store your Google account’s email address and its identifier. They are used for one purpose only: recognising you when you sign in again. We do not receive your Google password, your contacts, your Drive files, or anything else from your Google account, and we do not use the address for marketing. Signing in with Google is optional — an email address and password works without it, and you can also play as a guest with no account at all.

Advertising identifiers are processed by Google AdMob when a rewarded ad is shown. The Application itself does not read, store, or transmit these identifiers.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Application asks for your advertising consent the first time it starts, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. Your answer is stored by Google on your device, not by us. You can change it at any time: open the Profile tab and tap Privacy settings. That button is shown only where consent applies.

What the Application does not collect

The Application contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, browsing activity, or any advertising profile of its own.

Third-party services

The Application uses exactly two external services:

International transfers

Account data is stored on Supabase servers in Japan. If you are in the European Economic Area, this transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long data is kept

Deleting your account

You can have your account and everything attached to it deleted. Email bayturkuaz1@gmail.com from any address, with the username you want removed, and write “delete my account” in the subject. No other information is needed.

What is deleted: your email address, your username, your password hash, your scores and run records, and your avatar and language choice. Nothing is kept in a backup copy beyond 30 days. Requests are handled within 30 days.

You do not need an account to play. Deleting your account leaves the game fully playable as a guest, with your progress kept on your own device.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing bayturkuaz1@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your email address, username, and scores. If you are in the EEA you have the rights granted by the GDPR; if you are a California resident you have the rights granted by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information.

Playing as a guest, or uninstalling the Application, stops all further collection.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Security

All communication with our server uses HTTPS. Access to account records is restricted at the database level so that one account cannot read or modify another. Scores are computed on the server, not accepted from the device.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where required by law, ask for your consent before the change takes effect.
